"These are a few of Scarletts Favorite Things"

Brown paper packages tied up with string my name is Scarlett, and these are a few of my favorite things. It's about that time again when Thanksgiving is over and it is time to decorate for Christmas. I have picked out some great products from my store that would bring a touch of the winter holiday to your home.

We have an adorable selection of little glitter houses that also light up on the inside perfect for the Christmas tree. ($9.00)

We have different sizes of these burlap bags that look great a tree inside and you make it even more holiday if you add little lights or garland. (starting at $8.00 and up)

We also sell a set of 12 gift enclosures and each one is individually printed on a vintage letterpress using late 19th and early 20th century engraving. ($14.00 each set)

This is a great alternative tree topper to the usual star. I love the glitter detail and that the shape is a poinsettia. ($12.00)

Lastly we have a great strand of garland that has what looks like the vintage glass ornaments. This would look great on the tree shelf or even a mantel. ($7.00)

Before going into the attic come over and see what we have done for the Christmas season you may find something you don't have.

Sincerely,
Scarlett

Scarlett's five picks.... for a hostess

Lets face it, Thanksgiving is around the corner and Christmas is next month. I am sure that many of you will be attending parties or hosting some yourself. Of course, the infamous question would probably be what should I give to the hostess as a thank you? I have been asked this question from customers at the shop and here are my top five pics that would be great for a gift.

This Ironstone Bowl is a great gift and very useful for the holidays and much more. ($34.00)

Since there will be wrapping of presents soon who likes running out of ribbon? Personally I would love to receive burlap ribbon as a gift even. There are so many things you can do with it including putting it on the Christmas tree. ($18.00)

Soap is a great gift and we have several options to choose from. Also, it is made in California. ($8.00 each)

We all know how presentation is a big deal. This gift would be great for a hostess to have. They are beautiful cheese boards made out of marble. They are great for serving many types of  hors d'oeuvres.($40.00-$48.00)

Lastly we have a great variety of  vintage and modern mother of pearl utensils. Not only are they great for the table but also as great gift option as well. (starting at $7.00 and up)

I hope that this will be helpful when deciding on what to give your next hostess come by and see us at the store. There is a big possibility that there are more options than what I post.

Hope to see you soon
Sincerely,
Scarlett
